Redcon1 Big Noise Review: Effects
Let me take you through a walkthrough of one of my recent workouts.
⏰ 3:40 AM: I wake up at the buttcrack of dawn and take one serving of Redcon1 Big Noise with 6 ounces of water.
I stack it with Total War, a high-stimulant pre-workout formula.
I’m not here to screw around.
⏰ 4:07 AM: I arrive at the gym.
Where the hell’s my sweat rag?
⏰ 4:10 AM: I ease into my usual routine.
Tuesday is legs and arms.
⏰ 4:22 AM: I’m motivated to increase my reps.

I notice that I’m more focused on my workout.
⏰ 4:39 AM: I go up in weights on the leg press.
Nothing crazy.
5 pounds here, 10 pounds there.
⏰ 4:50 AM: I’m… I’m unstoppable.
Well not really, but damn do I feel good.
My pumps are raging and I feel like I could stay at the gym for hours.

*record scratch*
Internal dialogue raging: “When will this stop?”
“Am I going too hard?”
“Am I going to burst out of my skin suit?”
I was banging out the pumps, but I’m not gonna lie.
My anxiety was rising knowing this could stop at any minute:

I’ve taken plenty of other pump formulas.
And they’ve left my muscles flaccid like noodles:

Hell, I didn’t even notice a difference when I tried Insane Veinz.
So I was worried the same would happen with Big Noise.
But guess what?
It didn’t.
Okay, so I definitely noticed a difference at the gym when stacking Big Noise with my usual Total War.
My pumps were more intense and they lasted a lot longer than they normally do.
My body felt different, almost like it was humming.
I felt calm, focused and intentional with my workout.

And strong.
I felt really strong.

You may be wondering what the benefits are of taking Big Noise with Total War.
Basically, it makes me insane with motivation and pumps.

When I mix the two, I’m an unstoppable powerhouse and will spend hours on end at the gym.

I also want to point out that it’s got a very fine consistency and mixes well with water.
You don’t get too much sediment at the bottom of the glass.

Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Ingredients
As we saw earlier, Big Noise has a killer pump formula including choline, sodium, betaine anhydrous, L-theanine, and beyond.
But how does it compare to Insane Veinz?

While both contain sodium and betaine anhydrous, that’s about the only thing they have in common.
Insane Veinz contains:
Chloride | moves fluid in and out of cells |
Agmatine Sulfate | alleviates nerve pain, improves athletic performance |
Beet Root Extract | reduces blood pressure |
Russian Tarragon Extract | reduces inflammation and pain |
So as you can see, both Big Noise and Insane Veinz use ingredients that aid in:
✅ reducing nerve pain
✅ reducing inflammation
✅ improving endurance
✅ lowering blood pressure
They just use different ingredients to try to achieve similar results.
Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Effects
Unfortunately for Insane Labz Insane Veinz, the pumps just weren’t there like they were with Redcon1 Big Noise.

With Big Noise, I feel like a pumping powerhouse.
But with Insane Veinz, I noticed a minimal difference.
Maybe I need to try taking a second scoop to really get the pumps going?
In this category, Big Noise definitely comes out on top. 🏅
Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Dosage
Redcon1 recommends you take one scoop of Big Noise with 4-6 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to your workout.
They also advise not to exceed one scoop per day.
On the other hand, Insane Labz recommends you mix one scoop of Insane Veinz with 8-10 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to working out.
Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Taste and Consistency
Redcon1 Big Noise generally mixes pretty well with water without leaving all that sediment behind.
I can’t say the same for Insane Veinz.
It seemed like no matter how much I shook and stirred, there was still sediment in the bottom of the glass.
And a lot of it. 👎
Taste
As we mentioned, Redcon1 Big Noise has around 12 flavors including Rocket Bomb, Rainbow Candy, Blue Lemonade and Watermelon.
Insane Labz Insane Veinz isn’t quite as exciting.
Their four flavors consist of Unflavored, Apple, Grape and Fruit Punch.
Pretty standard flavors.
That’s not necessarily a bad thing if you like to stick to the basics.
But if you’re looking for an exciting variety of flavors of powder that mixes well, I think Redcon1 Big Noise takes the win in this category. 🏆
Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Cost
Redcon1 Big Noise costs $42.99 for a 30-serving tub.
That breaks down to about $1.43 per serving.
Insane Labz Insane Veinz costs $31.49 for a 35-serving tub.
That works out to be about $.90 per serving.
Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz: Verdict
So which comes out on top with Redcon1 Big Noise vs Insane Labz Insane Veinz?
Well, let’s look at a few things.
While Insane Veinz is cheaper, that does come at a cost.
It just doesn’t give me the pumps like Big Noise does.
Big Noise also has more and better flavor options.
Finally, Big Noise mixes better than Insane Veinz does.
In my opinion, Big Noise is the clear winner in this competition. 💣
