Redcon1 Double Tap Review: Effects
Let me walk you through a dose of Double Tap in real time:
8:50-9:03 AM I add a full scoop of Double Tap to six ounces of water and drink up.
9:14 AM I feel myself becoming more alert. It must be the caffeine talking.
My focus is becoming more intense as I put the final touches on my Ultimate Egg Whites Guide.
Probably the nootropics kicking in.
(A nootropic is a cognitive enhancer. That means they boost mental performance.)
9:18 AM I was a little hungry before taking Double Tap, but I don’t notice any hunger pangs now.
9:39 AM The nootropic effect has intensified and I just feel focused on being focused.
Still not hungry.
I feel alert but not jittery.
These effects remain consistent for the next several hours.
In all, I would say the most noticeable effect of Double Tap is the alertness and mental focus.
It’s also nice to notice that I don’t feel hungry, something I struggle with when trying to shed some poundage.
While there aren’t any major hunger inhibitors in Double Tap’s ingredient profile, I think the caffeine may have helped.
But does Double Tap burn fat?
Short answer, I don’t know.
I have lost a few pounds while taking Double Tap.
But I have also made some lifestyle changes related to my diet and exercise.
So while I’ve noticed some changes, I can’t necessarily attribute them entirely to Double Tap.
