What is Redcon1 Canteen?

Redcon1 Canteen is a powder drink mix meant to help you recover after your workout.

It uses a blend of hydrating vitamins and electrolytes.

You can use it before, during or after your workout.

What are electrolytes?

Redcon1 Canteen Review: Effects (My Personal Experience)

I’ve used Canteen both during and after my workouts.

It tastes good, but that’s just the beginning of what makes it my go-to recovery drink.

In my experience, recovery is almost immediately noticeable with Canteen.

After I drink Canteen, I feel refreshed and hydrated.

That’s complemented with a burst 👏 of 👏 alertness 👏.

It almost seems like I can feel myself getting rehydrated as the ingredients course through my veins.

The effects of feeling hydrated last for hours after I drink it.

In the hours after my workout, I also notice a distinct reduction in muscle soreness when I drink Canteen.

In other words, my recovery is way less brutal.

Mix one level scoop with 8-10 ounces of water.

I tried the Orange Crush and I’ve gotta say: It tastes like an orange creamsicle. 😋

To be honest, the color left a little to be desired.

I think Redcon1 Canteen is a great standalone hydrating beverage for your workouts.

In addition to electrolytes, Canteen is packed with vitamins and minerals formulated for hydration and recovery.

✅ And it tastes great.

As much as I’d like to point out the flaws of Redcon1 Canteen, the only complaint I have is the cloudiness of the mixture.
